Simon Renaud, Executive Chef Hyatt Regency
With a distinct taste for gastronomy, Simon Renaud was always very active within the community of leading chefs in Quebec. Upon graduating from culinary school, he gained experience alongside renowned chefs such as Jean Soulard at the Chateau Frontenac and Marie-Chantal Lepage at Manoir Montmorency, just to name a few.




For the occasion, Milan decided to invite the illustrator Francis Léveillée to make a live performance directly on the Milan booth.
